GET YOUR SPARKLE ON
Apply our Neon Pigment to dry or wet skin using our Glitter Fix Gel to either face, body or eye area for a quick and easy application. Apply a small amount of our gel to clean, oil-free skin using either a Brush or your fingertip, let it start to dry tacky for 10 seconds then brush or pat your new pigment over the top for a bold sparkly statement.
To intensify the colour even more mix the pigment with our fixing gel in a small bowl and brush onto the skin whilst wet. Finish ( if you choose to) by adding dry pigment on top of the wet base you have just created on your skin with a brush or fingertip to give that extra WOW factor. TO REMOVE - Use warm soapy water or wipe away with cleansing water and a cotton pad then dispose in the bin.
Keep your Neon Pigment closed in its original container with the lid on and in a cool, dry ventilated safe place.
